We offer uncapped commission, warm/hot desks, and structured training. Candidates with no recruitment experience can be considered for Associate Consultant positions.

As a Consultant your main goals are to relationships with clients who have niche technology staffing needs and to find and place highly skilled professionals into those positions. It is a 360-recruitment role where you put focus on building strong relationships with candidates and clients. And get to mentor/lead more junior team members over time.
When you join, we’ll start you on the Sales Development Pathway, our training program that will give you all the sales training and mentoring you need to be successful alongside your previous recruitment experience.
Your core duties will focus on:
Sourcing Candidates: Proactively via LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Referrals, and our Internal Database
Recruitment process management: Arrange job interviews, salary negotiation and closing to ensure the successful placement of your Candidates
Business Development: Seek out and build relationships with new and existing clients to identify new roles and opportunities
And eventually, people management: mentor, lead, and manage more junior team members and/or researchers

Our Consultants come from diverse backgrounds, but a few things they have in common. They are:
Ambitious individuals with some proven track record of success in recruitment. This could be through billing, acquiring clients, setting up new markets/desks, or headhunting and market mapping
Highly self-motivated and willing-to-learn attitude with flexible personality
Good communication skills in Cantonese and/or English – with an ongoing desire to improve fluency in written English. Mandarin is a plus
Self-driven and resilient individuals with some track record of overcoming adversity
