Leo is a Co-founder and Managing Partner here at OMNI. He is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the insurance and wider financial services industry across Asia.

Prior to OMNI, he was with two leading Insurance search firms running the firms’ insurance mandates across Asia based in Hong Kong. He has a solid track records of placing senior actuaries and leaders in the insurance sector. He is also experienced in training and coaching recruiters into respective market experts.

He is a graduate from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
