Sinisa is a recruitment specialist with 15+ years of experience in executive search, coaching recruitment consultants, and recruitment skills training. He does so across the wider Asia-Pacific region. Including, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and China.

Currently serving as the Director of Recruitment Learning & Development and Client Services at OMNI, he leads the development of recruiter training strategies, tools, and methodologies for recruiters and in-house TAs for SMEs and MNCs.

In parallel, he also creates and delivers training to Managers, Directors, and Agency Owners in the recruitment services sector about leadership and management of agency recruiters and scaling recruitment agencies.

He is passionate about developing recruiters to top billers, raising recruitment standards for Talent Acquisition Teams, and adopting AI to recruitment.
