Sinisa is a seasoned recruiter with 15+ years of experience in recruitment, coaching, and recruitment training across the Asia-Pacific region.

Currently serving as the Director of Recruitment Learning & Development and Client Services at OMNI, he leads the development of recruiter training strategies, tools, and methodologies for recruiters and TAs in Asia.

In parallel, he also creates and delivers training to Managers, Directors, and Agency Owners in the recruitment services sector about leadership and management of (in-house) recruiters and recruitment agencies.

He is passionate about developing recruiters to top billers, raising recruitment standards, and adopting AI to recruitment.
