Sinisa is a seasoned recruiter with over a decade of experience in recruitment, coaching, and executive training across the Asia-Pacific region.

Currently serving as the Director of Learning & Development and Client Services at OMNI, he leads the development of the full L&D function to our consultants. In parallel, he also creates and deliver corporate training to Senior Executives in the financial services sector about leadership and management.

He is passionate about developing individuals and supporting clients in achieving their sales and strategic objectives.
